Sometimes the hardest part of starting on the path to better fitness/wellness is finding a studio where you don’t feel out of place, intimidated or uncomfortable. om wellness runs classes catering for complete yoga and workout novices to the advanced in our two studio spaces to provide a welcoming environment for everyone.

As well as the class favourites including hatha, yin and vinyasa yoga, and circuit, barre and Pilates in our fitness studio, we have developed a variety of classes for you to enjoy as you build your strength, mobility, tone, flexibility and stamina.
