om wellness operates two studios: a yoga studio for person who wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, balance and harmony; a fitness studio for those wanting a variety of classes to work out and enjoy, including Pilates, Zumba, barre and circuit training. The range of classes will suit all ages and abilities.

Depending on the class type and to suit various preferences, classes will be 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes in duration with a selection of times to suit all demographics.
Timetables will maintain full use of the studios balancing between the number of open classes with the courses, programs and events targeting specific needs and demographics. Optimum class size is 16 participants per class. The studios can cater for between 20 and 25 students per class depending on the class type.
