Om Wellness Offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels and experiences.  We are passionate about Pilates and the health benefits that it produces. We offer top-quality Pilates training in a group class environment, our group Reformer Pilates Classes are kept small in size to ensure our expert instructors can give you individualised attention you need to reach your goals. We also offer one-on-one and small group sessions, for those that want a very personalised approach and full support with your unique goals. 

Reformer Pilates

Reformer classes are small with only a maximum of 9 people, so we can give you the attention you deserve to gain real connection and skill development.


Barre incorporates the movement of ballet into a fitness activity. We use these techniques in our specialised studio designed for barre.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is performed on a mat. We engage movements such as planks, side planks and core exercises to help you build core strength.  


We have classic yoga classes for all ages and fitness levels. Our classes will help you to integrate wellness into your daily life.


Aiming to help you move through life a little easier, we teach how to be mindful with guided meditation classes.

Class Types

Explore Our Class Types

All private and small group classes require an initial assessment so we can ensure we prescribe the right exercises. All assessments are booked by phone or email so we can understand your situation and cater to your needs.


Private Pilates

A one-to-one class completely personalised to your needs. Perfect if you are recovering from an injury or wanting to improve your technique.


Duet Pilates

Perfect for when you want something personalised but don’t mind sharing it with another family member, friend or another person.


Small Group

With a maximum of 4 participants, this pilates class ensures you work on your own individual pilates program.


Group Fitness

Our group classes are your traditional pilates, yoga or barre class sizes. Perfect if you aren’t suffering from an injury or don’t need assistance.

Our process

If it is your first time visiting Om Wellness – welcome! We have a slightly different process for 1:1 and small group classes compared to our traditional group fitness classes. Not sure? Give us a call, we are happy to help.

If you’re new to Pilates and looking for more personalised attention, begin your journey with a 1:1 initial consultation. A private session with one of our instructors. You’ll discuss your goals, assess your ability and get moving at your pace.


After your initial consultation, your instructor will recommend the ideal program to suit your goals and abilities. Your program could include our semi-private classes, Mat Pilates, Barre, or Reformer classes, or a combination of 2 or 3 styles
