At our small boutique Pilates studio, we offer a warm and welcoming space designed for a more intimate and personalised experience. With just 9 reformer beds, our class sizes remain small so every client receives the attention, support, and guidance they deserve. This allows our instructors to truly connect with you, ensuring your technique is on point and your goals are always in focus – whether you’re just starting out or deepening your practice.

Pilates
Our Reformer Pilates classes are a maximum of 9 clients per class, all clients complete the same exercises in a group workout setting led by an instructor, with an exception of modification provided to those clients who need them. An initial assessment is not necessary however we highly recommend attending one before starting Reformer Pilates so you have a good understanding of core activation and some other important technical aspects.
Our Reformer Align class is open to everyone. This class focuses on fundamental Pilates principles, functional movement and refining your technique. Don’t be fooled, our Align class isn’t EASY, however, we offer regressions and progressions, so it’s a class suitable for all levels. Pregnant Ladies: We encourage clients in their second and third trimester to join our Private or Semi-Private Pilates Classes.
Our Burn class is an intermediate class. Perfect if you have previous experience using the reformer or want to try something more dynamic. These classes focus on technique enhancement, layering progressions and increasing strength by building resistance with more complex movements. This class is not suitable during second and third trimester of pregnancy.
The Restorative Movement – AKA Stretch & Release
A calming, recovery-focused class combining Pilates, yoga breath, and full-body stretch techniques to release tension, improve mobility, and support better posture. Designed to lengthen tight muscles, ease stress, and leave you feeling open in body and mind.
Suitable for all levels – perfect for beginners
Flexibility not required – just come as you are
Our Mat Pilates classes focus on building core strength, stability, and body awareness using controlled movements and breathwork. With no machines involved, it’s all about using your own body weight to develop deep strength and improve posture, flexibility, and alignment. Suitable for all levels, it’s a powerful, low-impact workout that leaves you feeling strong, centred, and refreshed.
Yoga
This is a Vinyasa class focuses on energetic and dynamic movement from pose to pose creating a sense of fluid physical motion and mindfulness – including sun salutations, a creative and dynamic sequence. Variations of poses as well as progressions are offered to modify the intensity of the practice and to suit practitioners on the day. When practiced regularly Vinyasa strengthens muscles, enhances mobility and increases flexibility. Our Vinyasa classes are open to all levels of experience including 2nd trimester pregnancy. Classes are balanced and include asana (posture), basic Pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided relaxation.
